What I am curious about is your thoughts and suggestions. What do you think of these results and how could they be Improved on future cycles? (Current cycle will continue for 2-4 weeks)

I think your starting weight is low, and that you could have put this weight on naturally with diet.

I think your calories seem low. You're eating less than your maintenance amount of calories.

You put on 8kg, but are not nearly as lean as you were at 62kg. It's hard to compare the before and after because the size difference isn't big enough, and you aren't the same level of lean.

You look like the same version of yourself, slightly bigger but not as lean.

Maybe that’s what he needed personally. He gained weight. What would raising his calories higher do? Increase scale weight but not muscle
He was eating 1600 calories before. I'd bet his weight gain was mostly glycogen... But I'm not him so I don't know how fast the initial weight came on.

I don't think he needed to force feed, but working up to 2200 calories from whatever his maintenance was wouldn't have been a ridiculous starting point.

how are u bulking on 1867 cals? u a child?
Not very tall. Also besides training have a sedimentary lifestyle.
A "Leanbulk' was to do, meaning not eating too many calories over maintenance.
The 1867Kcals are an average though. Some days ate around 2000 Kcals or more. Then compensated later in the week with some cardio training.

Here's a screenshot from an online calculator. I didn't know your height so I just put 5'5".

Now calculators are just formulated estimates, and reality can be different... but in my experience they have been close for my needs.

This one says your maintenance calories at 134lbs is 1829 calories. It also lists calories to lose and gain weight per week.

I think you could have been eating more. You could have slowly added 50-100 calories per week until you hit the target caloric intake. This would let you monitor things and decide when you think you are eating the ideal amount for bulking.

Dude gained about 16 lbs, call it 8 lbs water and glycogen he did ok.
Too many people commenting that shouldn’t. That’s how it is here.
I don’t care about a number of calories or a useless calculator.
I start with a certain amount of macros and work up or down from there.
I don’t care about an actual caloric number.
