I'm going to be hitting the road for 6 months to do some OTR (Truck Driving Over The Road) as in long distance, 3 weeks on - 1 week off.

I've been bulking and don't want to lose my mass. I will be working out in the truck and at the truck stops, planet fitness's when possible.

For that reason I'm using the gym right now to lift "Heavy - Low Reps" and planning on doing a muscle shock and switching to high reps and super high reps for the 6 months over the road.

Should I expect to lose any of my mass by doing this? Obviously I won't be able to hit the weights near as much. I will hit them daily in my week off each month. Than the other 3 weeks I will be using mostly high reps with weights in a back pack and resistance bands combined with super high rep work?

Obviously I'll be sleeping for a set amount of hours per night so rest will be good, and consistency will be spot on daily, I'm just worried about losing size. Any input?

I can't take a whole lot. But I do have a pull up and dip station that folds into a small cube and a Kensui 220 lb weighted vest.

Just do what you can during your 70, and when you have your 34 off, hit a local gym for a full body compound lift wirkout. Buy a set of DB handles and some plates for the truck. .

Pullups, pushups, goblet squats, bicep curls, tricep exts, shoulder raises, those are all things you can do while in the rig.

When you have your week off, either do 3 full body sessions or 2x2 upper and lower sessions
