I took a liver detox as I suspect liver enzymes are high from test prop 50mg Ed

but end up vomiting it out 5 minutes later the whole undigested pill

does it still get absorbed

Test prop should not be liver toxic; and certainly not at 350mg/week. You should get lab work to confirm your bilirubin, AST, and ALT values instead of just assuming you have an issue.

With that said, some absorption occurs in the stomach but the vast majority happens in the intestines. If you threw up 5 minutes after taking the pills, then that was not enough time to absorb anything.
