scapular acromion pointing out a bit

so was doing back yest focussing on streching and Lat opening. notticed this little shit at the end of my clavicle.. acromion is pushing out a bit (thats my right shoulder) the left one is as it was.
I don't know how long it's been that way but somehow I found it out at the workout yest.
visually u cant tell a difference - I can only feel it when I touch it.
is it something I should get worried about ? already contacted my Physio.

theres no pain at any of the movements , also no movements are restricted everything is as it was always.

but I better ask then be sorry later.

Could it be something coming out as I get leaner ? cuz Im about 10 weeks out from the comp now and I'd say about 14-16% BF atm.
Also been adding growth 3IU a day(for the 1st time) - could that be a factor mby ?

Might just be how you're built if you haven't ever injured it or popped it out of place. I have this weird half a rib thing on my left side that sticks out a bit from the others , annoying as hell if I dont have my belt just right for squats or deads and I never noticed it until i got down in weight.

yeah - I just think it's how my body i made. cuz I feel totally good nothing has changes. I should totally stop playing with myself as much as I do - ill get paranoid if I carry on lol

I bet that's always been there and nothing to worry about. It's not in the joint so it's not any type of build up or injury.

This is like when you get into your 40's. You start poking at shit, then it hurts from poking at it and the final diagnoses is cancer with 2 months to live.
