Front Delts...

best movement (S tier)

close grip high incline press (60 degrees): shorten the range of motion, movement should not jump into triceps @5:20
both pics are at top of range of motion. elbow to 90 degrees does not go straight.

Side Delts...

side lateral: pronate palms (internally rotate), flair lats as the starting position (protract your scaps), move in and work in the scapular plane @8:53

I've slept on these, so maybe my body will react favorably to them as new movements.

I don't do any direct shoulder work. I think you get plenty of volume and work in a regular workout.

A little off topic but my Delta are the things that pop when on cycle and I don't do anything differently.

I find twisting my arms and there by my shoulders into less the natural positions to enhance a movement to not be beneficial as the years and decades go by. The shoulders take enough of a beating long term just from pressing.

I went by the photos posted
fair enough.

I ask because he addresses that and I wanted to know if his rationale to do it anyway held water before I implement it.

thanks for the reply.

40+ years of lifting, watching/helping, others, 1 shoulder rebuild and 1 replacement is where e i draw my opinion from.
