I'm 51 and never stopped training but was very inconsistent for a long time because of just lack of time.

I'm retiring in a couple of months and I'm barely working already so I decided to make one more run at seeing how good I can look in my 50s.

I started over the summer, up till ten I was only using try doses of test only and training when I could.

It took me awhile to adjust my training frequency, volume and intensity to match my age. I quickly found I can't train like I did in my 30s.

Anyway, right now I'm using:
Test CYPONAITE 1000 MGS a week
EQ 500 MGS a week
ANADROL 50 MGS a day
Noveldex 5 MGS a day.

I'm 5'6" barely and about 175 now. I started at around 160.
I took the picture below this past Saturday morning.

I'm not sure what my end goal is. I always think about competing once more but because of chronic injuries I'm not sure I can ever get my legs to where id be comfortable competing. Well see.

BTW, I always eat clean. Just been doing this so long it's out of habit. I haven't eaten fast food or chips or similar in years.
