Any advice on this? Am I fucked for life? Lol. It's been at least 2-3 solid weeks since I remember this coming on. I'm usually good about stretching my forearms and biceps these days bc of pain in other areas. Not able to do hammer curls, reverse curls or side raises. Been trying to do deep massage on the muscle both by hand and lacrosse ball as well as stretching. Just confused bc my style of working out hasn't drastically changed in years. Figured my body (especially forearms) are used to taking a beating. I even took almost a week off during this and still nothing. Thank yall in advance.

So just grit the pain?
Do you think massage and what not to try and break up any stuck tissue will help speed up the process?

I'd suggest not doing anything that hurts it for several weeks, at least. If you let it become chronic, well, then you have it for life.

Don't worry, any gainzzz that you MIGHT lose will come back rapidly. You probably will still get enough stimulation from back work that you'll maintain the forearms.
