What sucks about the boom guy is have found out from reading older post is that besides acting like a dick to every thread and person he encountered on here is that he actually seemed very knowledgeable and full of info that was useful. I see him over at another forum but without the attitude.

It could just be he was sick of this place and shit and was driving him nuts, I do that with about every job I get after about 8 months.

I'm convinced he actually died... Or he's hanging out with his lifter buddy.... Or he's joined up with someone who used to constantly talk shit only to later edit his posts with "boom".

wuts up fellas. brief catchup.

life: graduated in may, moved, started my career and what not. had a gf for like 2 months, first gf in like 2 years but didnt go anywhere so back to nothin

progress: came off everything april may and beginning of june to find a job and get settled in at the job. make sure the coast is clear and whatnot. started blasting 😈 got to an ok 205, then halfassed a cut with dnp and ment. cut for like 2 weeks and didnt go hard on it at all so i barely lost any weight, but i looked sickaf because the ment made me full af but the dnp dried me out. idk how it worked but it did:

was 190-192ish in this era i think, early october

when i switched back to a less harsh stack i lost most of the cosmetic boost but still looked half decent:

then nov-dec and u til about a week ago i came off everything but 150 test.
started my stack of 625test 150tren 150npp 450mast last week (and 5gh). currently waking just shy of 210. dont look nearly as good when i on cycle and leaner. currently bulking and hoping to hit 220 by march, where i start a 14 week show prep for june:

Tight look bro. What do you do for those traps? I need that. It's my weak point.
if u have a good chest supported tbar id do shrugs on that. got that from one of the mods here. if u get it going heavy enough it chokes ur u can try one arm shrugs on any horizontal rowing machine and use the other hand to press some of the weight off your chest. ive got annoyed with doing all that so i just do standing barbell for now

going to start posting daily log here since it seems theres a fairly active user base that isnt strictly negative towards everything. cals right now are at 5600. lowered protein intake to just 220 instead of my old methodology of 1.5-2x bw.

hit chest today. ive been experimenting with some upper chest emphasized routines. upper chest seems like a fake muscle that does nothing. so i brought dip day back into my rotation. today was dip day. i have 3 different gyms i may possibly attend, 2 at work and one at the local crunch. so a lot of time my log book doesnt translate at all because of cable and machine differences. no point to include my log book for today because i orefer to do push day at the crunch but my coworkers got me to go with them to one of the work gyms. so today i hit dips, cable fly, uni cable french press, cable pushdown, pushups, cable lat raise. top set of dips was 3 plates for 4 (bodyweight 212).

been dealing with some major problems with my ulnar nerve on my left arm so my dip form had to be slightly different than my favorite way of doing them. i also have to do unilateral cable extensions instead of the overhead vbar extensions @JeffGoldblumLips introduced me to that have been a staple of my routine for the past year. and my pushup form is different to avoid the nerve irritation. problems been going on for a few months now so i'm used to having to work around it

hit legs. i cant run progressive overload on a good compound for longer than 3 weeks without my lower back or knees getting fucked from driving for 1-2 extra reps. i just start volume spamming today, did machine leg press 220, 240, 260, 200, 200 all for sets of 50 with quad emphasis. they were done widowmaker style kinda, i had to pause for a sec or two every few reps after the first 20. not my preferred training style but it seemed actually challenging. then i did machinework attached. going to bed 213.6lbs. new high

pull day. nothing crazy. lifts attached. traps were struggling. my shrugs were shit. jumped too high in weight. then my backoff sets were like nothing. could barely move any weight for any reps.

i mean to take my adductors to 80% instead of failure but cuz of the logbook i always get greedy and take them too far. theyve been fucked all day

hit back day at crunch. subbed bench for some dips. changed up my tricep movements to keep a more neutral hand position to avoid ulnar issues.

was hoping this place would be a bit more active now but i guess not. and half the forums broken. i'll still check in for major updates here and there but it doesnt seem worth keeping a daily log
