some thoughts on my diet..

Hey guys, what ratio do you use for carb/fat/protein..
Im currently using 35% protein / 35% carbs / 30%fat
Any thoughts on this..
And whats your calorie intake for cutting/bulking?
any thoughts guys?

Chad waterbury recommended a ratio alot like urs... 33/33/33




And adjust as necessary according to ur goals...

On workout days mine is 31:28:41. On my non workout days (still do cardio) its 49:6:45. This is currently cutting.

On workout days the carbs are all consumed around the workout 3pm-6pm.
