🙄 I am only saying this to provide proper grounding and motivation. I know you update because you believe you accomplished something. But I hope you take the constructive criticism. It’s lackluster progress at best on the beard. You could do so much more. It’s looked better previously.

Ya know, I'm gonna be honest man...
The beard life just ain't for me all the time.

All seriousness though, it just sucks because I gotta shave to keep my EHS manager from giving me the riot act because I need to maintain respirator readiness for my job sadly.

165 or so, carrying a bit more water than I was a month ago.
Strength is consistent, pumps are good.

No real goals in kind right now to be honest.
Diet stays around 2800 cals and 200+g protein

Took a mental health break
Found a new job with more money, less responsibility, more fulfilling
Wife got her CDL, no more second job

Gonna be back to actually having a work life balance and going back to boring but big 5/3/1 and back into PL. Goal for 2025 is to compete at least once, maybe twice.

Okay so I'll be honest I haven't touched weights in about a month now.
Now that I've been on a normal people schedule, weekends off and all that jazz I've been doing so much around the house, catching up on all of the things I've been unable to catch up on for the last 3 years of working two jobs.

I'm not ashamed of it, honestly it's been an amazing reset mentally.

Starting Tuesday I'll be working 10 days straight, 12 hour days.
After that I'll be spending two weeks traveling to the west coast for work and then back to another 10 days of 12 hour shits.

I'll be way behind where I want to be but I'm happy with it.

Happy is what matters. Enjoy the time out of the gym.
