Hi , please bear with me as I explain my situation and know I’m trying to use anabolics the correct way and be educated as much as possible. I’m 34 years of age male , dabbled with a few cycles in my early 20s of mainly test and tren and took them without doing much research. Never had any issues but life changed and ended up traveling heavily for a new career as a lineman and fell out of working out regularly for several years. Work 7-12s typically and very physical work didn’t leave for much time to dedicate to going to the gym and diet went out the window being on the road so much. Alcohol consumption was fairly high for a few years as well as in my twenties. . For the last year though now I’ve really made a lot of changes and cut out nicotine, energy drinks , alcohol and sugars completely for the last 9 months now and started working out regularly again. Diet has been on point for almost a year and I lost 30+- pounds in the last 9 months. I was feeling great and decided I wanted to run another cycle after being off for 7 years, I really felt like my test levels were low even after making all these changes. A buddy of mine that does BB comps suggested I try a Test/Primo/Mast/Var cycle respectfully levels of 500/350/350/40 and test prop and mast prop of 350/250 to kickstart the cycle in the beginning. I started this cycle 8/1/24 and within a week I was feeling great from the test, better than I have in a long time. Now in the last few years I’ve been under extreme stress with traveling and my job and just felt like I should get blood work done to see how my bodies doing and ultimately should have done it before I started the cycle (yes I know). So I had blood work done on 8/15 and I’ll attach some photos of what came back but my live and cholesterol is what is out of range. ALT was 269 and AST was 104. As far as supplements I’ll attach what I’m taking below with the photos of my blood work. I’m not looking for criticism but would really appreciate some input and any insight as to why my levels are so high . Also if anything things they could possibly me inflated due to intense workouts and muscle tearing or from dabbling with fasting in the last month. Thank you

You should have gotten blood work before you started your cycle. These numbers are a little meaningless without a baseline to compare it against.

With that said, anavar, masteron, primo and even test will effect your lipid panels. Anavar will definitely effect your liver bio markers.

That's about all I can say without baseline blood results to compare against.

Agree with this.

Your choice of drugs in this cycle is bad. Plain and simple. Get a better friend.

Those are pretty bad numbers man, I would hop off and focus on getting those numbers back in the green.

Cholesterol: improve diet and cardio, if they are still bad talk to your doctor about a statin.

Liver: NAC, TUDCA

Retest in 3 months.

How are your cholesterol numbers historically?
