that number is always higher at the dr cause your nerves
White Coat Syndrome is very much a thing, if your number is high at the office have them retake it toward the end of the visit and if they used a machine to take have them do a manual reading.

fcuk that often? i thought once a day would be plenty!
Normal protocol if Ur going into it blind is to take bp 3x a day for 3 weeks and average the reading each day. Then average the days etc. That average is what u use to determine if u have high bp or not.
Most people take it upon waking when its often quite high do to Ur sympathetic nervous system just kicking in.. Especially if u wake up via an alarm like most people.

Once Ur bp is figured out after those 3 weeks... Id taken it once daily assuming Ull be starting a bp medication so u can monitor the difference that makes.

Anyone on gear should be taking Atleast 20mg telmisartan regardless of ur BP.

Once Ur settled with both bp in range and medication I recommend 2x a week. And anytime u introduce a new drug or drastically change dosages, go back to daily for a whole to observe the difference.

After 5 solid years of using gear u should be able to spot where Ur bp and BG are at any time based on how u feel,. What Ur taking,. Sleep, diet, body composition, stress levels etc.

Dude. This sucks. I was highly stressed out today and I'm sure this played a vital role. I go to the doc tomorrow which is why I was trying to get a feel for my numbers today.
I'll post my results tomorrow. I'm sure they'll be significantly better 🤞

Much better this morning. But it's 3am. Heading to the gym. I'm keeping a close eye.

Ok. I just left the doctor.
She said my BP cuff is wrong.
I had really good BP today.
In office, nervous as hell it was 123/60.
She sent me a new cuff to the pharmacy.
False alarm. I'm glad I went tho. I was worried.

Still pretty bad man. Is this normal for you? Are you sure you aren't dehydrated or something?
I could be dehydrated. They said my sodium was high and my urine was dark. I work outside so I drink a lot of Gatorade. Yesterday it rained and I drank one bottle of water. I'll admit.

Edit: disregard what I wrote below. I didn't see that you already went to the doctor and got a good reading.

I work a desk job and I make sure to get a minimum of 4-6 liters of water per day. Someone who's working outside should be drinking at least that much, probably more.

Blood pressure increased when hydration is poor/low. Just something to consider.

Ok, so I am going to be a lazy fuck because this thread is 38 pages and I’ve managed to read about 11 of them…

Cialis, I see some dabbling at 5mg/day…. What about Sildenafil?

My BP was good when I went to the doc Friday, I’m just riding out 150mg/wk test until tomorrow then I start test C 250mg/wk and NPP 300mg/wk..

I have CoQ10 on hand, B12 on hand and Sildenafil also. I will say I inject some b12 once a week mixed with my test as it keeps any soreness away in my pin sites, and my BP has been good for the past 4 months too. Clearly I plan to regularly check it daily for the next 3-4 month while I’m on a “mini bulk” so to speak.

More or less trying to get perspective on the Sildenafil vs Cialis.

What brand monitor is everyone using? Wrist cuff style? Equate brand?

Omron, arm cuff, never a wrist cuff.
