Looks like a Squat Press?
Yeah, I see it called that and sometimes called a V-Squat machine. For whatever reason, most newer gyms in my area don't have any variation of this.
I have no idea why, but it always worked so much better for me than hack Squats.

My old gym had one from Body Masters, it was a great piece of equipment.
My current gym has a Hammer Strength version, the V Squat. It's decent, just not as good as the BM, which had the pads set up perfectly to perform the squats facing in either direction, much like yours does.
Very versatile piece. I also sometimes use it for calf presses, although the unnecessary spinal loading makes it not ideal for that.
We have an Icarian T-Bar Row, too. I love that thing!!!Body Masters and ICARIAN really made some of the best stuff from what I've seen.
It's still works really well, as long as you stand at the very bottom of the foot plate, and keep your back upright and drive the knees forward. It really targets the quads hard that way. But most times I see people standing way up on the foot plate, so it looks like they're doing an awkward Good Morning. The gym I work at (but rarely train in) has that same Hammer Strength V Squat. I wish it had the pads where you could use it in both directions.
It feels really, really good on the calfs, but not so much on the spine. I found if I did them on a non leg or back day, it felt much better.I haven't used it for calf presses, but it seems worth a try. Definitely more ideal than using the leg Press which I often see people doing.
