The Gold's I work at is finally selling supplements again after 4 years. They're all from a brand I've never heard of until today.

Call me crazy but there's something sketchy about it.

I noticed that too. It's really weird.

On the back it says "manufactured for" with an address. I googled it and it's a Golds Gym location. The one that is the flagship for our franchise.

So it seems to me they are paying to rebadge some generic line of supplements and sell it at a higher price. That little tub of whey concentrate is $44.

My guess is it is just a proprietary blend they ordered from a supplement company like most of them do then they put their own marketing and label on it for sale. Any one can have their own line of supplements , you just call up , order the run , tell them what you want in it along with what they have to offer and whammo

I think that's exactly it.

I feel like I have seen those exact nutrition/ingredient labels several times before on other products. They are among the most generic on the market, completely interchangable between brands.
