I forgot all about that. I remember it now that you say it, because my grandfather got me into collecting coins and Mercury dimes are one of the coins he gave me a lot of.

This one I found last night has no mint mark.



I never knew this, but that makes sense. Maybe one of these days I will come across something like that. I've found coins as old as a 1915 Buffalo nickel with surprisingly little wear.

Ive got a bucket of old coins , I used to collect em when I was a kid.

Back then you would still find the occasional wheat penny or buffalo head nickel , havent seen those in years. Ive got a few steel pennies too from the 40s when most of the copper was going to the war effort.

The longer you hold onto that, the more it'll be worth.

You'd be surprised how many wheat pennies I find, including several of the steel ones. I usually come across at least one 1950s wheat penny almost every day.

The others are of course very rare. One of my favorites I've found is a Ben Franklin half dollar.

Hit up the Mexican flea market today. Going through medical supplies I spotted something that caught my eye. They had 6 boxes and I got 5 of em. Told the guy I be back next week for 10 boxes! 🤠

I just can’t get off the bulk 😔

Been cranking the calories since late July and well….. it’s fun. How many calories am i eating? A lot lol I have no idea. I’ve been stuffing. Will say 90ish percent is clean. But I squeeze in a burger or 3 every week. I went from 212 to 253lb. Some is deceiving i probably got 15lbs of water/glycogen. But gd I feel good.

Left the shirt on for a reason lol. But just a thin layer of fat in the front, it’s the lower back luv handles/lower pecs that really took a hit. But it’s addicting getting big, people just get the Fck out the way and stair. My arms/legs are still fairly lean.

New goal is to get to 235ish 14-15% body fat. Best of both worlds for me.

Do you hate it? I've heard their machines are not too bad. I've also heard some locations are getting plate weights now, but not like I know first hand.

I actually don't hate it.

They have Hammer Strength Chest Press machines that are way better than the Matrix machines at Gold's. So far the only plate loaded machines are Smith machines, but they do have dumbbells up to 75 pounds. Back in the day when I went to Planet Fitness, they only went up to 60.

The main focus is cardio, which is kind of lame but I like that they have so many rows of machines. The new Gold's has very few cardio machines so you almost always end up really close to other people.

I belong to retro & planet fitness, one of workers at planet told me they we’re getting a hack squat machine

I think I found the last gym around here with these classic IGX iron plates.

Too bad the rest of the gym isn't this style
