Definitely not "normal" I'm gonna be 56 and while I have an off day now and then , I don't ever feel dead dog tired like that. Bloodwork might give you some clues.
That's what I'm hoping for. I remember being low normal for testosterone like 20 years ago, and I know that shit only goes down, not up. Plus, this long-haul COVID shit is probably not helping matters. Fucking blows, man, because I'm seeing more progress in the past couple of months than I did for an entire year before.

I'm still here! I have been swimming in a river of fatigue for days. I'm finally coming out of it, but I'll be taking off until next week to recover. Whatever is wrong with me, fatigue is the major symptom.
Next week, I'll be going back to a bro split with the same volume I would do on 1 day of my 6 day split. So essentially, I'll be cutting my volume in half.
I fully expect this to stall my progress, but at least it will be enough to not LOSE any muscle until I can get to my doctor's appointment and figure out what the actual fuck is going on.

Well, I'm still STILL here. LOL.
Absolutely devoid of energy. My son is here on leave from Italy, and I'm barely getting through the days. He's a ton of fun, but it's taking everything out of me. My protein intake is in the tank because it's upsetting my stomach and I have no appetite. I've lost like 5 more pounds since I last posted. Doctore appointment can't come soon enough.
Just posting an update to ensure that the interwebs know I'm not a lose who just lost interest and gave up. LOL.
Stay strong, everybody.
