Hi, it's me, masculinity, today I would like to talk to you about this topic: overdose of training, how many of you have this effect and can't get out of it. Would you like to try to do more and more training until you die?

Fuuk more. I spend enough time in the gym and I have other activities that I enjoy.

99% of people do not come anywhere close to overtraining. It's so rare that it isn't even worth thinking about.

If you feel you need a rest day then take it. It's that simple.

If you can recover in your chosen time frame , you are not over training.

If you finish a work out and are not visibly awful , shakey , disoriented and wobbly , you didn't get close to effecting your CNS.

Just my two cents on the op and his over training idea.

at 76 years old and 56 years of training, yes I would. My daughter tells me I will be found dead in my gym out back. I have plenty of time for training and whatever else I want to do.

Tell your daughter that natural bodybuilding training is now considered an excellent way to combat the effects of aging. I am living proof: I am 68, and four years ago I suffered a stroke that temporarily paralyzed the entire right side of my body. Bodybuilding training helped me recover - so much so that I am looking to enter amateur natural bodybuilding competition in another 12 to 18 months.
