My wife and daughters are nurses , wife works in a critical care facility with a secure ward ,, their tests are only random

For you to get tested once a week I'm going to assume you've blown a dirty test before and now its become essential to keeping your job ?
Bevis and Butthead moment, he said blown, uh huhu uh huhuhu.

I’m not worried about being positive for what they test for. I’m worried that tren might cause a false positive on the screen. Once a false positive is triggered, they send your urine for confirmation testing which can see everything in your urine. I know tren can be detected in confirmation testing, but a) If a false positive doesn’t occur, I have nothing to worry about, and b) even if they can detect it, I’m nervous because I don’t know if they would report what WAS in my system or if it would be reported as a negative

I got caught 9 years ago for opioids. I’m just now back in nursing but now I have to go thru 5 years of weekly drug tests.
Congrats dude! You go back through my log you'll see the opioid kick in there too. Have you been off dope for the 9 years since you got caught? Do you compete in addition to nursing?

What is confirmation testing and why would they look for tren if you popped on a test for narcotics? Also is there actually trenbolone in your pee when using? Is confirmation testing them testing your urine for every single illegal drug? Are you also worried about some dick head who is hip clocking your size and making a comment to your testing organization?

“Every single illegal drug” yes, that’s why I’m worried. The machine that does confirmation testing can detect any illicit drugs. I’m just not sure if they will report it. Example, let’s say I do a 5 panel screen, and tren causes a false positive for amphetamine for example, they will send it for confirmation. The detector will see any illicit drugs in my system. But what I don’t know is will the report come back as negative for amphetamines or will it say “negative for amphetamines, trenbolone detected”

My email to the drug test company- obviously I fudged the truth a little bit.
“Secondly, I almost bought a Prohormone at the nutrition shop last week. After some research I saw that it may have caused a positive test result for an anabolic steroid. I did not buy it, but I am looking for supplements to add to my workout routine. It’s so hard to know exactly what these supplements would do to my drug tests. I’m worried that if there is not enough research on a supplement, and I wind up taking it and it causes a false positive on a normal non-anabolic screen (as far as I know they don’t even test for anabolics), if it gets sent to confirmation testing, would it show up and get reported? Example, the one I almost bought said it could cause a positive for trenbolone. Even though it’s not being tested for in the initial screen, if there is any positive in the preliminary screen, would that get detected and reported in the confirmatory test even if it wasn’t being tested for? I’m doing the best research I can, but as you can tell, I get nervous about what I can and can’t take. My board doesn’t say anything about being able to take supplements for working out, so I’m trying to be overly cautious about what I take.”
His response: “I can't give you any advice on supplements. My personal opinion is that the supplement industry is helping people lose weight in their wallets, but that's just me. We aren't doing any testing for anabolic steroids, so that will not cause an issue for you.”

I mean every one here has pretty much said that it won't flag a positive or a false positive. If you're really concerned then why don't you take tren, order your own 12 panel, and see if it pops for anything.

If you don't want to go the lab route, then they make ultra sensitive 12 panel urine dip tests you can buy on Amazon now. They are also pretty good, but obviously won't provide any detailed values back. Just a positive or negative result.

Cross-contamination is not impossible, just highly improbable with respect to the 12 street drugs being assayed. Whereas it's normal to have 2-ish % testosterone, boldenone, etc. in any given trenbolone sample due to cross-contamination (Jano mentioned in his recent interview with Daniel Pekic) that he has set the degree of sensitivity of HPLC and GCMS equipment to ignore these low levels of other AAS in samples.

Still, while cross-contamination is the rule rather than the exception, it's so unlikely any of those 12 biomarkers (street drugs) will overlap with anything that's nearby in a lab/home-op trenbolone batch.

Solid advice.
