I’d echo everyone else and say you’d be able to build back to that pic with your generous TRT.
Even though I have no past cycle experience, when I went from a little lower test levels than you, also with horrible free T, to 140 mg test per week TRT I made great progress the first year. And still do progress on it few years later.
To put in perspective, my first “cycle” I just started at 300 mg per week. And since around December I added a “trt add on” of pharma nandrolone 80 mg per week. And that again progressed me nicley. To the point of weighing at my highest 230 at 5’9, currently sitting at 220ish and a bit leaner than at 230.
So like everyone else says, just ride out the trt as long as you can. You may find it’s just fine.
