Hey Everyone,

If anyone can give any insights I would be very greatful. I have been on TRT for about 3 years now. I get bloodwork done every 3 or 4 months to make sure everything looks good. The only issues I have now is slightly elevated RBC count which I donate blood to alleviate. Of course with TRT I will have lower FSH and LH ranges.

I have blasted 4 cycles. 1 cycle with just 500mg of test, and 2 cycles of test and anavar, and my last blast of test and primo.

I have been just cruising for the last year at 150mg and at 1200 test. I feel great and look great and markers came back perfect last week with the exception of RBC, FSH, LH. I don't think I really need to blast anymore or for a while.

My question is should I take HCG to raise my FSH or LH? I already have 2 kids and do not want anymore. Are there any other health related risks for me long term if they stay low?

FSH is at .7 and LH is at .2

I don't mind taking HCG but if it won't harm me in the long run then can I do with out? What would be a good starting dose if I start to take? Thanks for your time!

I take HCG for the other health benefits (p450, nerve growth etc. ) it may have but not to raise my LH or FSH. But in general, my thinking is the more i can keep the bodies systems functioning normally the healthier i will tend to be. No real data to support that just seems reasonable to me. As HCG mimics LH i would think not taking it is more harmful as LH is used to support a few different systems in the body. Others will have a different opinion.

Taking hCG will NOT raise your LH or FSH. It will actually suppress them further. Taking something exogenously suppresses your endogenous production.

Since you are on TRT, your body is not going to produce any significant amounts of LH or FSH. I would recommend taking hCG to keep your testicles from atrophying. There are benefits to having functioning testicles even if you are on TRT or not trying to have kids.

No that definitely makes more sense. I appreciate your input! Thank you.

What dose are you currently at and what would you recommend?

From research i see that 350-500iu is recommended 3 times a week

I have done 250 2x week for many years. I don't use HCG for T replacement just an adjunct to it for health reasons.
Seems from a few studies such as this one 250 i.u. every other day comes close to mimicking what happens naturally.

What’s yalls HCG weekly dose for testicular atrophy and trying to re store the size?
I do 1500ius a week. Seems to be ok…maybe could use more

OP I def feel better on HCG..sex is better…libido is better. Everyone says is aromatizes crazy I do no notice that. It may be a coincidence but I do notice my free test numbers have improved on it. For me HCG has been greats going on 3 years now
