I was diagnosed with a varicocele recently its wear the veins are enlarged in the testicles. I think it's from weightlifting but there's no definitive answer to what causes them. It causes low testosterone, ED and low sperm count and it needs to be surgically fixed not very invasive but still cut open while being put under to get it fixed. Does anyone have experience with this I'd be interested to hear anyone's story or experience with it. Thanks

Can't help but I have a variocele that flares up now and again.
I have wondered if it causes low test since I think I have some symptoms.

I did get tested and it said normal but there was another reading I didn't understand. I'll try and dig it out and post it.

Are you thinking of getting surgery?

I do have experience with this. I had one and it was surgically removed when I was like 13. They made a small incision just above my groin, went in and tied off both ends of it. This caused the varicocele to die and be absorbed by my body.

I did end up on TRT at age 29 with a total test of 316 though and I'm almost positive that the varicocele was the culprit
