So i hit the gym today and worked 12hrs... Half my problem is when i diet i go so far at a deficit i just CRAVE FOOD 24/7... im 6'5 250lbs.. Could prolly lose 30lbs

I'm 12 hrs x 6 days. Meal prep is importantI got up to 1rp max of 360.. This yr im looking to hit 405.. Just gotta be more disciplined with the diet. Its like i eat to much or to little.. 12hrs days at work 7 days a week. Its tough.. Workout. Eat right... But ill get it .
@Tiny how do I reset my insulin sensitivity? Get leaner??
