Well then.. My only restriction is wearing my brace. So i hit the gym today and worked 12hrs... Half my problem is when i diet i go so far at a deficit i just CRAVE FOOD 24/7... im 6'5 250lbs.. Could prolly lose 30lbs

If a large deficit is causing you to binge, then it's counterproductive, and not fun being starving all damn day, using all your willpower.

Lessen the deficit, if it helps to stave off a few binges, it'll actually be better all around.

I got up to 1rp max of 360.. This yr im looking to hit 405.. Just gotta be more disciplined with the diet. Its like i eat to much or to little.. 12hrs days at work 7 days a week. Its tough.. Workout. Eat right... But ill get it .

Yeah, you're lean enough where a large deficit isn't the best approach, in my opinion.

All the smart people say losing abou 0.5% of BW per week would be the sweet spot, so if 200 lbs, then 1 lb per week is good.

I also wouldn't make the weight loss phase too long, 2-3 months tops, then a maintenance phase to reset.

I'm 12 hrs x 6 days. Meal prep is important

@Tiny how do I reset my insulin sensitivity? Get leaner??

Getting leaner and all the steps that go in to that.

Increase muscle mass with resistance training, sleep regulation, but most importantly cleaning out diet for your GI health. Have to find the foods that work for you. The ones that your body seems to digest quickly and not leave you lethargic. First thing first I'd suggest a blood sugar tester. They're cheap, don't be intimidated to buy one, it makes life easier when you have YOUR data
