Weekly workout routine

Anyone have a great training log to maximize strength and size? Mine is the typical 6x6 broken down into 5 day split. If you guys can share your actual workouts. Squatting for me is out of the question after a motorcycle accident.

That's a tough question for me at least.

My training these days focuses on imbalances and weak points that I'll smash hard, sometimes even 3x a week

To maximize strength specifically, try out mayne Sheiko,
It's a spreadsheet where you enter your maxes and it programs everything into the spreadsheet.

Or could just go with a program like Creeping Death 2 for great hypertrophy and strength balance, and just sub out squats

There is no magical split, there are countless plans that make sense.

Only thing that's an absolute must is EFFORT!!!
