I eat so many egg whites for breakfast I’m looking for a different protein source for breakfast to switch it up. What’s your go to other than eggs?

I dont eat eggs or egg whites at all. Verrrry rarely. My appetite isnt great in the morning after cardio so I normally go with greek yogurt, a fairlife protein shake (30g protein from ultra pasteurized milk. never had any gas or abdominal discomfort like regular wheys), and a couple packets of instant oatmeal with some peanut butter for the phatz

I love warming my oatmeal with a Quest rtd. Good combo of protein and carbs.

As mentioned, depending on yer macros a bit of protein powder in yer oats can be an easy alternative.

Bagels too have a bit of protein ('round 10 grams or so) - obviously not a "protein source" in that ye wouldn't want to rely on 'em to hit yer daily totals given all the carbs but if yer diet allows they're a good way to get some quick carbs and a touch of protein in the morning on the go if yer in the soak over liquid egg whites.

Edit: greek yogurt too of course.

Oikos plain zero fat yogurt has 25 g protein/ serving, with some Whey, oats and fruit mixed in

More than 50g protein altogether

I can't eat eggs fucks my gallbladder up and puts me in the fetal position for 4 or 5 hrs. I get protein from meat for all my meals and some added protein shakes here and there
