Is it on one specific muscle? Does it only happen when you're training, or all the time?

All I can think of in that case is severe dehydration, or illness. How do you feel otherwise?

Location, movement, w/ or w/o weight. Does pain radiate? Sharp, burning, aching, gnawing, dull pain?

I don't know what your issue might be. All I can say is that when I personally feel like this I start foam rolling, using lacrosse balls, and I go get a 2 hour deep tissue massage to work on the biggest problem areas. I also start doing stretches and mobility drills.

For upper body, even just doing dead hangs can relieve a lot of pain for me on its own.

thats 400 tren

You might be dehydrated, I was a week ago.

If you pee dark at times you are dehydrated and need a lot more fluids and electrolytes.

Dehydration and tren is a no go, anything considered a drying compound and dehydration is bad on cramps.

Tren, Mast and some orals had me really upping my fluid intake.

Tren makes dark pee as well.

Not sure, as if it's not the tren, you need a doctor.

i drink alot of water but i bet im not drinking enough.
For reference, I do my best to drink about 6 liters (1.5 gallons), but I always make sure I get a minimum of 4 liters (1 gallon).

In addition I probably drink close to a 2 liter of sugar free soda per day; which is like 98+ percent water.

If your not getting at least a gallon of water, then try to shoot for that as your starting point and adjust based on how the color of your urine looks. Mine comes out very pale yellow.
