What dose is too low for Cruising

So I’ve been cruising on 150mg of test for 4 weeks now and when I woke up yesterday it felt like my arms shrank way down overnight. If it feels like I’m losing gains on a cruise does that usually mean the cruise dose is to low? My diet has been the same and training had stayed the same.

Unlikely man, where does 150mg keep you? For me that’d still keep me around 1000-1200or so, shouldn’t be loosing anything at that level. You can get a descent amount lower that that and not loose any gains. You sure your intensity hasn’t come down off blast? For most of us it does.

Literal overnight loss of size is really only caused by a decrease in water retention.

I suppose if you continued an AI from your blast into your cruise it could be possibly caused by that but all around more info is necessary.

I would say if you aren't far beyond what your natural genetic potential would be, you shouldn't get much loss or any, unless your training and diet is lacking.

If you were rocking giant freaky gorilla arms, then I'd suspect there would be some noticeable loss.

Did your cycle have orals like DBol ... they do cause water retention and you would experience noticeable changes ...

Coming off cycle sucks, doesn't it! Your recovery is going to take a hit, you may have to dial the workouts back.
I think some of the post-cycle blues is just mental. It affects my head big time, and I'm totally afraid everything will make me catabolic, but since my protein intake is high part of my brain knows that I'm fine.

There are a lot of questions but I'm thinking this could be mental.

You were running 300mg/wk and now running 120/wk. I would run bloodwork like so many have said and see what's up.
