What test to order for a complete analysis of low testosterone for the possibility of starting TRT from private MD labs.

I’m on private MD labs right now trying to figure out what test I need to order to see if I should get on TRT. I know I need total testosterone, free testosterone, estradiol, but I’m not sure if I need LH or FSH. If you guys know of any good test for me to order that would help me out. Thank you.

Total testosterone and possibly free T are the only thing most Dr's tend to look at. Knowle gable ones may look farther if trying to identify why the T is low. But i find few are into finding the cause, they just treat the symptom same as most diseases.
