Thanks for the welcome Squat Juggernaut. Well I'm 5 foot 8, 145lbs. Little muscular but lean. Goals are to someday put on enough mass to possibly step on a stage. Been in the gym about a year but not going for that goal when I stared. If yall need pics let me know

What are you doing to get bigger? How much do you eat every day? What does your training look like?

Right now I'm in a maintenence caloric area before I start my cycle( in about a week)

Cals-1340-1350
Fat-32
Carb-135
Prot-141
I can post my actual while meal day if you want
Gym schedule is 3 on one off split into push pull routine

I know by your post you need more calories,1-1.5 grams of protein and that can be built on as you go......You need to eat Bro.....
