Good Morning everyone,

I just wanted to gain some insight on some experiences and opinions on when y'all thought it was an appropriate age or time in your life to start a cycle? I'm 20 (Turning 21 in 2 months) currently and a junior in college playing baseball. I have no intentions of becoming enhanced any time soon. However, I have been thinking of not playing my senior year. And the thought of maybe running something during my senior has crept into my mind. I'd be 22 my senior year. If y'all can ,aybe share your experiences it would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Best time is when your training, nutrition, and lifestyle are close to optimal, so you'll reap the most benefits from the enhancement.

An analogy is that you want to be a ship that's already cruising along, and then you get a nice strong wind in your sails, assisting you along your journey.

You don't want that wind to hit you when you're sideways or going into it.

Thanks CJ,

Unfortunately baseball is the only thing getting in the way of training, diet, lifestyle being optimal. Although it is something holding me back, imo I still feel I am very on top of training and meals. However, it definitely takes a major chunk out of my day. At this point in my career I've kinda fell out of love with the game. I know for a fact that I am more passionate about training and that lifestyle than I am about being a college athlete.

One thing that I can say for certain is that no matter how much you think you know and have dialed in right now, year after year, decade after decade, you're going to look back at what you "thought" you knew and laugh at yourself.

You never stop learning, never stop getting better. If you do, you fucked up.

Your question is one of personal preference but most would say around 25 with at least 5 solid years of hard training. That's about the time the gains start to slow up.

For me, I was natty up to the time I went on TRT at age 43. I have no regrets being natty because you can still enjoy the gym regardless of being on cycle or not.

One more thing; play ball your final year. Don't and you will always wish you did.

I wish I could tell you what to do with your baseball career.

Will you have future regrets if you quit? It's only another season, think of all the friendships you've made playing ball.
This is something I'd have to get into in pm's. Just because it's a lot of information
