I would have to say my right big toe. I broke that sucker 2 or 3 different times and never went to the doctor to have it set. It’s a crooked, deformed, hot mess! This time of year when I wear flip flops someone always comments about wtf happened to my toe.
I got a buddy lost an ear years ago in a car wreck ,, eventually some one always asks him what happened to it and he will look off sigh and say .. fucking bird took it ... and thats it not another word .. they look so confused

i would have said something simmillar like Tyson bite it of or something - like wtf how u think what happened - I got my ear lost to a freak accident. ppl are so annoying sometimes.

Gotta change my answer due to recent events. I gotta say my forearms and calves. I get a whole lot of of Jesus…. How big are your forearms or calves. My forearm is 15” a couple inches below the elbow and calves are 19 “. Sounds great. But those are the only two things I don’t even train. Leaves me thinking wtf!

Arms and calves are my worst... @Diesel59 my wrists are super thin too checkout my before pics on my log. The funny thing is my wrists don't bother me at all, just overall how hard it is to grow my arms and calves sucks.

I hit arms and calves twice a week. I curl 110x10, and my biceps are still only 15". My arms are fucking long too, like orangutang level shit. That doesn't help me either. Obviously I have a super thin frame, so it kinda fits my physique but my shoulders and back are good, so I guess I have shoulders to be thankful for, which aesthetically is probably what I would want the most.

I get compliments at the gym on my shoulders and traps. Chest is just ok and abs just ok. People don't think I work legs at all unless they see me squatting lol.

Thank you for all of the insight here. It's great to see you have been able to overcome the thin wrists and not let it stop you. It makes sense that it leaves your arms and calves the toughest things to grow.

You're curling more than a lot of guys with bigger arms, which is impressive.

Having broad shoulders helps make up for the small wrists. Now that you mention it, it's much better than the other way around.

In this episode of Yano's Words of Wisdom - Owning being fucked up.

Some of you know I'm a bit crooked and fucked up , right side of my face has been smashed up and I've had a stroke so I am way less than pretty.

Used to bother me , then I started to own it ,,, give me a fucked up look and i'll fish eye that crooked eye up n down ya all up close and hmph maybe smile an show the missing teeth and stand there til they walk off ,, it scares the fuck out of people :cool:

I walk a bit crooked stand and lean to one side a bit , i'm droopy a bit and scarred up. Lean into it show some confidence and you will stop feeling like what ever it is , is a hinderance but an asset.

As for training , things like calves ,, in my opinion only and lets face it im an idiot , but in my opinion ... calves should be trained with high weight in high reps , you work your calves all day , they need to be smashed to get em to grow past your normal daily activity. For those that disagree , let me ask you this ,, you ever see a fat person with small calves ? neither have I ... high weight , high reps. Personally when I do calf work , and I don't very often its with something around 80% of my 1 rep squat max , first weight of working sets , and I work em for amrap 3 sometimes 4 sets depends on if I can still walk.

Some one mentioned having small wrists ... DUDE ! small wrists and joints are a body builders dream , you dont have to get so big to offset the large joints n wrists some guys do , so you end up with the illusion of carrying more mass. Thats killer ! an asset to be sure

So to conclude ,,, embrace your fucked up'edness ! Use it like a tool when you can , Own that shit.

My workout partner curls the same weight as me and has 18" biceps. Just goes to show you how much genetics play a roll.

It also means I've had to push the goals posts back, like realize "hey maybe for me, I'll have to curl 150 before my biceps look jacked." I thought 110 would be enough, but obviously it's not.

Ive never really spent a ton of time training arms , for me , ill put 85/90lbs on the ez curl and bust out 3/4 sets of amrap or I like to use the DBs right now im working 40# for 5x5. Last time I tried to "max" on a curl which is just a horrible idea , I think I got a double with 125 , id have to go back n look at the video and count the plates ,, it was last summer.

Always been calves for me. I had pretty good size, but never did get the kind of definition I wanted, and I did countless seated and standing calf raises.

I don't know, I had 22inch arms and I didn't think they were big enough. It could have been all in my head.

Weak chest development, sucks dick. Love handles. Even when I had actual cum-guttered 6-pack abs, still had love handles.

Giving serious thought to flying out of country after I hit my weight/aesthetic targets to get lipo or surgery.
