Why has DNP progress HALTED?

DNP progress suddenly halted.. any ideas why? And how to best make use of the remainder of my cycle?
Details below:

  • I planned a 2 week cycle; week 1 @ 200mg DNP daily, week 2 @ 400mg (each capsule 12 hrs apart)
  • I'm currently on Day 11 (four days into 400mg daily)
  • Starting weight was 275lbs; currently at 265lbs (and have been @265 since Day 7)

Diet:
  • Current deficit, approx 1700 calories daily
    • ~200g protein; 100g carbs; 50g fats
  • ECA Stack; 25mg Ephedrine, 81mg aspirin, caffeine 2 times daily
  • Basic thorne multivitamin, magnesium, restricted BCAAs
  • 1200mg EPA fish oil daily
  • I cut out creatine during cycle; no Tren/T3/other juice
  • ONE day of refeeding at maintainence level at 7 day mark (~2300 calories)
Workouts:
  • Lifting at 70% weight 3x a week
  • Low Intensity Steady State (walking incline) 5+ miles per day (typically 1200-1300 calories)
  • Assumed BMR for calculations: 2200 (lowest, based off my makeup)
My makeup:
  • 6'3", 275lbs, 32 y/o
  • Run daily; lift x3 times weekly for past year, involved in MMA weekly, have ran several marathons and played Tier I waterpolo in college
  • Approximately 20-22% BF
Symptoms:
  • Week 1: heavy sweating, fatigue, and the classic symptoms
  • Week 2: Less sweating (but still sweating while walking in 42 degree F weather. Less fatigue overall depsite increase in dosage)

DNP calculations for my consumption are attached.

Soo.. I'm a little confused. Why did my progress abruptly STOP after 1 week (even with refeeding).. Should I take a break to reset tolerance? Up dosage to meet goals in this time frame? Any guidance or input is greatly appreciated

Are you assuming it “halted” bc your weight hasn’t dropped during the 2nd week? If so, I’d highly recommend you stopping where you’re at and take the time off to do some reading about weight during a cycle . Is this your first time running?

This is my first cycle, and yes I am going by the progress on the scale.

I have seen conflicting info about using a scale during vs after a DNP cycle. A lot of people claim the scale isn’t ALL-TELLING, but that you should see some progress on the scale.

The academic literature says that fat is 10-30% water.. so, even if I were bloated and retaining 70% of water, I should see some progress on the scale, right?

Please inform me where I’m going wrong

don’t watch the scale. Really no need to watch it. Some people lose throughout, some don’t lose a single pound while on and only see it at the end. Personally, I weigh 5+ heavier than I start while on. Trying to use literature and math to incorporate dnp isn’t going to work. You’re gonna experience a different run all the time from cycle to cycle. You shouldn’t be running more than 10-14 days of 200mg for your first cycle. Shouldn’t be running 400mg till you have a solid hold on your normal run.

I haven’t tried dnp in years but from what I remember the real result come a few weeks after dropping it

Gotcha.

What I’m hearing is, the scale is deceiving and inconsistent. I have no business really even looking at the scale till I’m all done, 2 weeks post-cycle?

And so long as I’m still feeling the heat/clearly at a deficit, I’m clearly still burning fat

correct. Weigh yourself before and after. If you wanna check just for your own curiosity, go for it, but no need to do it daily. Check midway if tou want but don’t put much into it as you might weight be the exact same weight bc if retaining water. Your body is hot, it’s going to hold onto as much water as possible and needed to try and cool itself. You come off, it sheds it and that’s when you’ll see the ultimate result. It’s not going to be a linear progression either on the loss. 2 weeks post cycle is quite long, you should see the outcome about 5 days after but those 5 days are more important than just about the whole cycle.

You do not have to feel the heat to be burning. That’s where most people go wrong and only rely on if they are feeling it and start adding more. If it’s dnp, you’ll be burning fat. 200mg only for 10-14 days first cycle and that’s it. Get your baseline and see how everything goes. Then from there, you can make adjustments to what’s needed

Different desires and abilities I guess.

I’d say some people don’t know enough about GLPs, or able to get them (thinking DNP is easier to get vs Rx… ?). Dnp will work faster and can be for “right now”…. Tho not the ideal either. But short immediate drop, dnp will do it. Sure GLP can lose a good pretty in a decent short time but the onset and drop in weight for some in 2 weeks.

Real dnp will make u shoot neon green cum.. if u don’t see the neon green it’s not good dnp… I was young and stupid I would never try that nasty shit again

So, I’m taking your advice and ending my cycle early. I am getting bloodwork done in 2 weeks to compare my panels pre-post.

I’m upping my ECA stack to 3 times daily and have zyn 3mg on hand to fight the hunger that comes with cessation.

A couple questions:
- am I good to load back on creatine? Or should I wait?
- When can I go back to lifting weight to failure and hypertrophy?


Given the half-life it should some-10 days for DNP to (mostly) leave my system

They do different things. One directly burns fat, the other makes it so you don't want to stuff your mouth like a fat fuck.
This. I still want to crave food, amongst other things

You really shouldn’t change much of anything during your run or after. Try and lift what you are able to. That’s the whole point of DNp runs is it’s a tool to aid. Also gives you a solid baseline for future runs in how your body react. Not too sure upping ECA stacks is a good idea . Creatine not ever sure man. Most get that from their food

You’ll feel most everything gone in a few days. It’s a world of difference.
