My year progress The pictures of me in the black is Before I started working back out and the pictures with the grey is me today
That was the best before picture you could find? Can't really tell how much actual progress you made because the before picture is hard to see where you started.
Bought the only thing i can see in both is part of the forearms. The after may be a lttle bigger but it is a toss up. Need similar pics for any good comparison.
Thanks I have been pushing legs hard . Starting to see some great results!! I’m actually getting stronger I break new PR every other week !!!Now i can see improvement. Most power and mass come from building bigger legs and back in my experience.

Yes I’m all natural I started at 175 I’m weighing 195 198 I’ve gained a lot weight !!I guess I would expect some more extravagant gains off the first year but it's always hard to tell progress...
Most definitely hard to tell natty gains and at a higher BF unless we see you in person.
Shit even I run gear and I can't always tells difference between pics, even with 10 lb muscle gain.
As long as you see progress in the gym that is great, especially if your mental/physical health is improving.
but the leaner you are, the bigger you look in pictures. Even guys 60 lbs lighter than a 230 lb 14% man can look bigger in pics... Angles, lighting, etc.

I’m 29 now I’ll be 30 in June im going to start my first dose of Test MONDAY !!! Just got everything in order and getting ready for my 12 week cycle !!!Yes,. Maybe best to cut down.
