my diet is
2800 calories
100grams of clean carbs (brown rice, sweet potato.etc)
250grams of protein
75 grams of fat from( olive oil, nuts, avocado)
1.5 gallons of water a day
3x a week cardio
hit legs twice a week, mon/fri
chest/tri tuesday
shoulders/abs wednesday
arms/traps thursday
