I'll hop on cycle when I'm closer to 220 but I really wouldn't mind doing a cycle at210 and blasting to 2××. I'm making good gains as a natural so there isn't really a point in gear right now but it is a lot harder to put size on right now at 190 but like u guys said EAT, EAT, EAT!!
What i mean by lean bulk is I'm not going crazy overboard with food. I guess what I mean is im not doing a dirty bulk and the reason I mentioned that is because 45 pounds in 18 months is really good if it's a lean bulk as opposed to dirty bulk
