    2 Cycle's opinions needed!

    Bench press descent slow.

    Sudden Lower back pain during seated cable rows.

    I'll try to explain this as good as i can. This evening it was my back day. Like normally i walk or do eliptical to warm up. Then i go to Seated cable row machine with Close V bar grip. I warm up light doing 20-25 reps. I warm up with like 5-6 sets then i slowly start moving going heavier...

    Tips for my cutting diet.

    I've decided my long term goal is to loose weight and become more fit. Lower bodyfat to 10-14%. It's a long term goal so i'm not gonna try doing this in 6-7 months. As long as i get it done sooner than later. Those are my stats now. 99.2kg. 21.1 % bf I have not put this up yet to calculated...

    T3 50mcg vs 75mcg

    I've now 200 tablets of T3. Which i can run either 75mcg for 2 months or 50mcg for 3. My plan was taper up and taper down starting at 25mcg. I am now 99kg (this morning) (218.2lbs) and 21.3bodyfat. +0.5/1%. i'm not scared to loose strength. I'll be running Test E and i'll probably hire...

    DNp's first DNP cycle.

    I'm 25 male, Weight: 229lbs and bodyfat messured 24.1% two weeks ago. I was 28%bodyfat. dosage is gonna be 250mg capsules first 4 days and then i'll be taking 250mg x2 (500mg) for 10 days. Might shorten it depending on how i feel. Bench best: 330lbs for 3. But less now. Did 242lbs for 9 reps...
