I did chest, tris, shoulders on Tuesday. my forearm was a little sore yesterday. today the majority of my forearm is purple
im guessing I popped a blood vessel... this happen to anyway from a push day?
ive done it deadlifting with c4 back in the day but it was never this bad or from chest.
there's a lot of bunk vitamins and crap that you will excrete away. If you want to know your pill doesn't have some junk in it... put it in white vinegar for 3 hours... if by the end of the 3 hours there is a blob, then that's a bad pill... a good, high quality vitamin will dissolve completly...

How do you guys measure your fats when it comes to olive oil and butter? I have been using teaspoons and eyeballing the butter but I feel like some of it probably burns out in the cooking process(pan/oven/pot). Should I keep doing what I'm doing?
