Ive played around with rep range of 6-15 reps per set and various sets of 3-5 per lift.
Try to focus on compound lifts and add in isolations sets if i feel like i can pump a few reps out.
Lately i lift 4 days a week.
Monday-Chest & Triceps
Tuesday- legs and abs
Wednesday-rest
