If your not making decent progress in 2 years you either lack knowledge in diet and nutrition or workout selection/programming. You need to figure out those two things before you consider a cycle.
Whenever i eat alot of pulled pork BBQ I get gout for a day or two after. I dont know if its the salt or what but i definitely notice a difference as opposed to the normal beef and chicken.
