    I used TNE 1-2x a week with great results. I even do 300mg Tren Base 1x a week. "Half-lives" and "stable levels" are hogwash and I believe any perceptions are placebo. The human body NEVER keeps stable hormone levels. They spike at different, unstable points in 24 hours.

    Honestly, yes-only if you're a in sport. Olympic Snatch? You have to do Overhead Press, Front Squat, Power Snatch, etc as accessories. Not an athlete? Then you're free from obligatory exercises. It's like Snake said-whatever fits you best.

    If you use AAS, take your heart health serious. Take BP meds immediately they're needed, track your BP continually, get EEG/EKGs etc. Prevent death from knocking on your door too early.
