Yea, was reading another forum and they are saying its best taken 1-3 hrs preworkout. People attest they can feel the levels dropping throughout the day and some pin a 2nd hit..
Just as title says.. what is your best and worst genetic body part? What did you do/are you doing to try to overcome genetics and grow your worst?

Worst - chest. I feel like I've tried everything, but cannot get it to grow. My front delts and tri overpower my chest.
You are correct on the first part. HCG starting at wk 4 and then a small "blast" ending 3 days prior to 4 weeks of full pct.

Starting my 4th cycle today. For most it will seem wwaayy low, but I'm trying tren for the first time and want it to be a positive experience. So here we go. Starting at 5'9, 209lbs, ~18%bf. Hoping for a small recomp/cut. Pre bloods are done and I'm all good.

Preciate the responses so far. Constructive criticism is the best form. Only reason I was keen on running the test lower than tren was to combat any sides.. I'm wanting my first tren ride to be a good, solid experience and not put me in a place where I would be hesitant on upping it.
