Alright so, for quad-dominant people, what kind of superset would help eliminate the quads in the second set (allowing for ham and glute engagement)? Maybe some leg presses first, followed by Bulgarian splits?

Why anavar and NPP same cycle? Yea what everybody else said: cut out the NPP. I can run heavy NPP dose no pro me but a little bit of tren gives me anxiety.

I finally added an arm day in my split. I really don’t want to. It hurts. It’s boring. My arms are not my strong points. Blah blah blah excuses. Change it up to keep progressing. I did today.

Something similar happened to my wife. Hard to pin responsibility down and get them to pay for their mess up. I agree with @TODAY in that u want to treat that as soon as possible. Sounds like the nerve is simply very close to the surface. I’ve definitely experienced sensitivity for that...
