i use lifexmd. They are my 3rd provider and have been the easiest to work with by far. T.hey are more willing to base treatment protocol on how I feel without getting too hung up on blood levels.
I highly recommend them.
Did he ask you how you feel? Sounds like he's managing to a number on a chart and not how you actually feel IMHO. I think your supposed to do it the other way around.
I didn't see any estrogens tested. Everything else looks decent. Lipid profile, for having run Var is reasonable.
I'm with everyone else. Get a new doc and when you have the chance, stockpile. I've got a years supply now and still not happy.
Also, your free test is high, which isn't really a bad thing, are you taking anything that would lower your SHBG?
I gained some weight recently. Ate a ton of peanut butter. Put it in my shakes, made sandwiches. I also added carbs and swore of cardio and just lifted. Ate as much whole food as possible and had to frequently eat when I had no desire or appetite to eat. If you wait to get hungry first...
PFM, thanks for starting this thread. Anytime the masses reach consensus on anything, I'm thinking "something's not right here". The masses are asses.
I did further research today and although I had to dig, there's plenty of credible sources making the same point as PFM's link.
I started at 42 and I am now 45. My problem though is I did a blast a while back and felt significantly better, kind of how you would expect to feel on TRT. For a long time on my 150mg weekly dose I just didn't feel driven, really kind of felt like I had low T, despite blood work showing...
I'm most likely going to get back with Spongy and do a recomp. My latest weight gain wasn't real dirty, but I probably could have gotten by with less carbs and fat. My shortcuts basically consisted of a shit ton of peanut butter and spicy chicken sandwiches from Chick Fil A. If I could shed...
My doc scripts it as part of my protocol. I keep refilling it, but quit using it a long time ago. Never helped my loads and my balls never shrunk that much when I quit using it.
I haven't found anything that has increased my load size, which sucks.
I feel like my latest weight increase was good. My bf readings before and after were consistent and I showed a 2% increase on the handheld device, scale increase of as much as 14 pounds, which leveled off at 10 pounds which I have maintained. When I was focused on dropping fat I got as low as...
Looking for input from some experienced members....
What percentage of your gains on a bulk cycle are lean vs. fat? I know everyone is different and diet is key, but i was just curious.
I recently gained 10 pounds, going from 170 to 180 and my body fat went from 13 to 15.
I've been at 180...
I had a fb "friend" that was all crossfit all the time. I guess the way I look at it is if you workout and do it right it speaks for itself. I'm probably one of the smallest guys on this whole forum and people know where I spend my time. I don't need to flap my gums or put a ****ing sticker...
No shit, right? Same thing with P90X, half-marathons etc. I have a coworker that emails his "map my run" to the whole office daily and another guy that just started P90X. If we add a crossfit to that mix I'm probably jumping off the roof.
