Body fat: ~15%
Previous AAS experience: none... so far LOL
Best lifts:
bench - 275x3 paused
deadlift - 425x3
squat - 355x2
Really excited to join this community - seems like it's a no BS place.
Feel like I'll learn a lot about lifting in general and the more complex "supplementation" side of bodybuilding.
I've been training for 1.5 years, mainly just powerlifiting.
