Hey everyone, Im Benny, 30 Years old and finally settled down in AZ. (hopefully for good!) Im a Single father and enjoy every second I can with my daughter. Mainly i'm here for information... working out / (winging it) since 2009
Mental Health and Consciousness advocate
190 Lbs 5'10" 32" waste 43"chest
currently on a: push/ pull/ legs/ push/ pull split 5 days a week and active recovery on saturdays
calorie intake to exceed 2300 / day (clean-ish)
cardio tuesdays and thursdays (run)
abs monday wednesday friday
