Want dem dere Clydesdale thighs. 25" and holding, am looking to break through the plateau.
Presently running GVT on the weekends (usually with squats or leg press) and some extensions & curls for shape. Also mixing in SLDLs (typically 4x10) in the same session.
Am looking for an alt workout I can do mid-week. Any thoughts are appreciated.
