RBC's are high --> you can donate blood to lower

I did a quick search on the MVC, MCH, and MCHC and found this:

Decreased MCH:
~Hypochromic anemia (or hemoglobin deficiency)
~Lead poisoning
~Microcytic anemia (or iron deficiency anemia)
~Thalassemia (a genetic defect affecting the synthesis of globins in your blood resulting in anemia)

Decreased MCV:
~Irradiation
~Lead poisoning
~Malignancies
~Microcytic anemia (iron deficiency anemia)
~Rheumatoid Arthritis
~Thalassemia

Decreased MCHC:
~Hypochromic anemia (hemoglobin deficiency)
~Microcytic anemia (iron deficiency anemia)

Your LH and FSH should be low from HPTA shutdown

Considering your MCV MCH & MCHC are not far out of range, I'd think donating blood would bring them back? as they are all based on your Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, and RBCs.... I'm guessing this is self prescribed TRT?

Overall everything looks pretty good. Big question is how do you feel? Donating should bring all of those back in range but a little high on the rbc won't cause any harm. I think your hematocrit and hemoglobin look good. If it were me or one of our clients I wouldn't recommend donating

Your bloods look good. Your endurance should be great being your RBC is a little elevated and your hematocrit is normal. Now if your crit and globin were both high that would be a problem. I personally would not donate at this time. Consider donating when your crit goes over 50. Good luck..

I would donate blood to lower you red blood cell count. MCV and MCH are part of your immune system and you could be simply coming down with a cold or a bug, be fighting off bacteria or some toxins, or just inflammation could be causing it. I would also hop on some NAC at 600-1200mg daily to lower your liver enzyme values, not that they're sky high but I like seeing values in the 20's or so.

I know this might seem like a dumb question....but what is the coding on the blood work for liver enzymes?...I was going to go back and look at previous blood test and compare.

More than likely it's not bc of the carbs. Do you drink at all? On cycle?
