What’s up guys. Recently joined and have been lurking and soaking up as much info as I can so I figured I’d make a quick introduction.
My name is Shane and I’m 29 years old from the good ole state of Tennessee. Been training for consistently for about 7 years now, although I’ve been in the gym for sports most of my life and into college. I’m 6’ 1” and currently I fluctuate around 225-230 lbs any given week. My training split a 5 days a week, usually start with PPL followed by a strength focused upper/lower day but my work schedule can sometimes throw it into wack. I have run 2 cycles of test/npp although I’ve been off anything for about a year so I have a little experience but would consider myself very much a newbie. I can post pictures of my current physique if anyone is interested. That’s about it guys, looking forward to learning more from y’all!
