Question for you guys...This weight gain is really catching up to me. The last few days I've had a very tight chest and shortness of breath. I'm a full on mouth breathing bodybuilder. :ROFLMAO:

I've almost gained 20lbs in 5-6 weeks. You can see my pics above of where I ended my cut compared to where I was beginning of this week. Body comp isn't really suffering. I threw in a second cheat this week which i really regret. I think it started me feeling like this. Me adding the second cheat was purely me seeing what it did to me body comp wise. I'll see the results of that in a few days but my question is about the shortness of breath and hard time breathing. Is that a normal thing?

I figured I would rebound really well since I've been in a deficit for so long but obviously this amount of weight so fast, my body can't handle. Should I drop food this upcoming week to stop the weight gain and let my body acclimate?

Down about half a pound from last week so hopefully I upped food enough yesterday to get me back in a surplus. Average daily calories will be 3,172cal this week.

Today is usually a high day but I'm playing in a golf tournament so I'll have to push training to tomorrow.
