Hello, When my GF was in her prime, She was able to do Barbell squats with 215 pounds for 3 sets of 10, then right after do Barbell Lunges with 215 pounds for 3 sets of 10. She is 5'4" tall and weighed 135 pounds at the time. She did her leg routine once a week, and she did not think it was that unusual to do that amount of weight for doing a total of 90 reps(10 reps per leg for lunges). In reality for lunges she does 3x20 plus the 3x10 for a total of 90 reps. That is 19,350 pounds she moved in one training session. I think she is absolutely incredible! Please let me know what you think?, thank you.
