Well hopefully I don’t screw up the way these intro’s go . I’m Raider from upstate N.Y. Now on Long Island. I’m 5’11” 245 . I played college and semi pro football and was a two time national powerlifting champion( in my younger days). Now I’m a 49 yr. with lots of injuries I work around, but always train 4-5 days a week . My best #’s are 725 squat , 684 dead and 425 bench. I’m probably more like mid to high fives on squat and dead and high three’s on the bench. Due to injuries I really don’t take single reps anymore. I’ve listened and learned from you guys for quite awhile and figured I’d finally jump in. I grew up and trained with the Bell bro’s who I think a lot of you know from there Netflix videos. I look forward to continuing to here what you guys have to say in the future,as like all smart lifters will say, there is always a lot to learn. I hope I haven’t been to long winded or have introduced improperly, but I know you guys like to know who your talking to . All the best men and thanks!
